After enduring a series of problems with a previous contractor, we got your name from a friend and asked you to step in and help solve our problems. After being swindled by the previous contractor, we were not ready to deal with the many issues at hand. You helped us discover that the roof they had installed had inferior workmanship, wasn’t weather protected which would lead to significant damage, and had to be completely torn off. Beyond all that, the roof looked terrible. After investing $6,000 into the process, we were stuck with the bill and a house that wasn’t protected. Fortunately, we had only paid for materials at that point.
Realizing our problem, you stepped in the next day to reinstall our new roof. Your crew was professional and courteous, you protected our substantial landscaping, and did a great job of cleaning up. Your choice of color and shingle texture looks fantastic, and really matches the brick and cedar exterior. We really appreciate the level of service and follow thru displayed by your company.
Even more good news – we recently sold our home the first day on the market and were told the “exterior appeal” was a strong selling point. Needless to say, we couldn’t be happier.
