The Challenge
A storm damaged the roof on this Golden Valley, MN home, and the aging gutters were not moving water the way they should. The home needed a full exterior reset, not a patch.
What We Did
- Documented the storm damage and handled the insurance restoration process
- Tore off the old roof and installed Owens Corning Duration shingles in Black Sable
- Installed new seamless gutters sized for the home's runoff
- Added gutter guards to keep the new system flowing without constant cleaning
- Kept debris contained with a dump truck on site and protected the entry and landscaping
The Result
