Worked with James to make my claim. Process was somewhat smooth my insurance company gave me the run around and James jumped on it and took care of all the things. Joseph was the service leader I worked with. Amazing. Freaking amazing. I was unhappy with a selection I made (my own fault) at 10pm on a Friday night he came out and foxed. Victor was my crew leader. Respectful. Kind. Honestly guys he had were top notch. I can not recommend this company enough. They are the best. My neighbors had so many issues with their contractors but the 6 of us that went with FI no issues. Clear communication. Clear timelines. Above and beyond!

First Impressions did a great job replacing our roof and skylights. Our roof looks great! The job was done with great attention to detail. They found some rotted plywood on the roof and replaced it. We previously had a few very annoying leaks, but have had several heavy rainstorms since replacement and are now very confident that we no longer have to worry about problems. We highly recommend 1st Impressions for any roofing work.
