Fantastic work done by Jeff and his team at First Impressions Exteriors. We had an insurance claim and needed the full roof replaced. The crew came quickly (and in the rain) to help with emergency temporary repairs. Jeff made sure he was present while the insurance company's adjuster reviewed the damage and continued communicating with the adjuster throughout the claims process to address any questions and concerns. Also great communication with me (the customer) throughout the process to answer my questions via email, text, or phone call. He dropped off roofing and fascia samples to my house and was very knowledgeable about the products used. The roofing crew arrived promptly on the appointed day and had the job done within the timeline that we discussed. FIE is experienced and professional. Highly Recommend!

Ted and his team were awesome—professional, knowledgeable, and very easy to work with. Ted came to our home, showed us different roofing options with examples, and explained all costs and the project timeline in detail. We felt informed the entire time and really appreciated the straightforward communication. Would Highly recommend!!!!!

Outstanding customer service. I had some roof damage from a wind storm with a blizzard on the way and they came out and had my roof repaired within 24 hours. Amazing people to work with!
