The Challenge

This Plymouth, MN home needed a full roof replacement, and the backyard pool sat directly below the work zone. The homeowner also wanted the shed roof matched and the gutters set up to run clean without constant maintenance.

What We Did

• Tore off the old roof and installed Malarkey Vista shingles in Brilliant Black
• Covered the pool with poly sheeting before any tear-off started
• Replaced the shed roof to match the house
• Installed seamless gutters with Leaf Sentry gutter guards
• Kept debris contained and finished with a full magnetic sweep

The Result
