From a denied hail claim to full roof replacement

The Challenge

Hail damaged the roof on this Eden Prairie, MN home. The insurance claim was initially denied, leaving the homeowner without approval for a full replacement.

What We Did

Submitted our evidence package and worked with the insurance adjuster to win approval for full roof replacement
Replaced the roof with GAF Timberline HDZ shingles in Weathered Wood
Cut in a continuous ridge vent to improve ventilation and help with ice dams
Replaced the skylight with a Velux fixed skylight

The Result
