The Challenge
Hail damage gave this Little Canada, MN homeowner the chance to upgrade to a premium roof. They wanted the look of natural slate without the weight, granule loss, or maintenance.
What We Did
- Installed F-Wave Designer Slate shingles in American Blends Charcoal
- Fabricated custom black metal rake edge for a clean finish
- Installed two new Velux skylights
- Built a custom EPDM rubber saddle to protect a problem area
The Result
