“First Impressions will respond quickly to requests. We had a poor contractor replace our hail damaged roof. We saw an issue and called them for an inspection to let us know if it was done properly. Within a day Chad came out, went on our roof and found numerous, serious mistakes. If it wasn’t for First Impressions we wouldn’t even know all of the mistakes that were done, including spots of bare wood not visible from ground! I will use this company for any needs in future and highly recommend them!”
