Hail damage in Rockford, a new roof through an insurance restoration
The Challenge
Hail damaged the roof on this Rockford, MN home, and the homeowner went through an insurance claim. Several contractors bid on the job. How the claim is documented and handled decides how the whole project goes.
What We Did
- Worked with the insurance adjuster through the claim
- Replaced the hail-damaged roof with GAF Timberline HDZ shingles in Charcoal
- Installed TigerPaw synthetic underlayment
The Result
The homeowner chose First Impressions Exteriors over several other contractors for our attention to detail and our experience working with insurance. The home now has a new GAF Timberline HDZ roof in Charcoal. See more of our work across the northwest metro.
