Project Overview
A leaking roof in Bent Tree, replaced start to finish
The Challenge
This Minnetonka, MN home in the Bent Tree neighborhood had a leaking roof, and a leak does more damage the longer it waits. The homeowner chose a full roof replacement and paid for it directly, with no insurance claim involved.
What We Did
- Removed the old roofing and installed Owens Corning synthetic underlayment over the deck
- Installed Owens Corning Duration shingles in Driftwood
- Finished the ridges with matching ridge cap shingles
The Result
The home now has a new Owens Corning Duration roof in Driftwood, a soft gray-brown that sits well against the wood and brick of the house. See more of our work in Minnetonka, MN and across the Twin Cities.
